1 General Information and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ji baji platform and all related services. When users in Bangladesh access this site, register an account, or participate in any game or betting activity, they become legally bound by these Terms.

ji baji is an online gaming and sports betting platform that offers users in Bangladesh a range of games, slots, live casino, and sports betting options. By using the platform, users confirm that they have fully read, understood, and voluntarily accepted these Terms.

2.3 Geographic Restrictions

The ji baji platform is intended primarily for users residing in Bangladesh. Users who access the platform from another country are solely responsible for complying with local laws and regulations.

3 Account Verification Process

To ensure account security and transaction integrity, ji baji reserves the right to verify a user's identity and address at any time. Any of the following documents may be requested for verification:

• A clear copy of the National ID (NID) or passport.
• A screenshot of the mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay).
• A recent utility bill or bank statement.

Withdrawal requests may be put on hold until verification is complete. If verification fails, the account may be temporarily restricted. Additional documents may be requested if the annual withdrawal limit is exceeded.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes, though delays may occur during the verification process.

• The account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonus funds can only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Transferring funds to multiple payment methods from a single account may be limited.

5 Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

All bonus offers on ji baji are subject to specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. To withdraw bonus funds, wagering of 10 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and the wagering required to withdraw the bonus is ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Once a bonus has been claimed, it cannot be cancelled or converted to another offer.
• If the minimum bet quota for wagering with a bonus is not met, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses by opening multiple accounts from the same household or IP address is prohibited.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected, the bonus may be forfeited.
• ji baji reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 Reload and Special Offers

Weekly reload bonuses, slot bonuses, cricket bonuses, and other special promotions each have their own wagering requirements and validity periods. These terms will be clearly stated on the offer page.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All users placing bets on ji baji must follow the platform's set rules. Betting outcomes are determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant sport and third-party statistical records.

• Odds for live events may change at any time.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the bet in question will be considered void.

If ji baji identifies suspicious activity, it reserves the right to suspend the account without notice. If a violation is confirmed following investigation, a permanent ban will be imposed.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes have been made will be taken as the user's acceptance of the updated Terms. If a user does not agree with the revised Terms, they may request that their account be closed.

12 Service Limitations and Liability

12.1 Service Interruptions

Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected technical issues. During such interruptions, any ongoing games or bets will be saved automatically, and users will be able to continue as normal once the connection is restored.

12.2 Limitation of Liability

ji baji is not responsible for any loss caused by internet connection problems, faults with a user's device, or interruptions to third-party services. If unauthorised access to an account occurs due to the user's own actions, responsibility lies with the user.

12.3 Account Closure
